Like with California, this will only serve to teach a generation to build their own guns.

And the next generation will have 3-d printers and desktop mills

There is another bill that will be coming to prevent that as well. Yes I know people can still do it. But if that bill I speak off passes then it'll make it difficult to obtain the jigs and 80%s. They are eyeing 3d printers but I don't think there are any restrictions planned for them yet. I think they have already made the files illegal to have. HR 1477 & 1454
