There was a nonzero number of people that voted against certifying the fraudulent election. Trump himself is largely irrelevant since if it wasn't him it would've happened to someone else. But there needs to be a distinction made between those who voted in favor of installing a fraud and rebuking the will of the American people, and those who voted against it.
