Offended people are people too scared and afraid to confront their problems. Look at Daryl Davis, instead of being offended some people didn't like him, he educated them and changed their views. So many people just want to take offense and shut down someone who disagrees with them, its lazy and pussy. That is all

Being offended by words is different than being offended by actions. Those raising offense against scurrilous or unconstitutional actions are standing up against something that exists with real potential to harm. Those offended by simple words are trying to clear the air of any idea they disagree with without taking actions or fighting against or debating actions, which generally requires off the couch activity, research and critical thinking.
