I like Mike, I really do. His products are great and I think him wanting to start a recovery network is a noble cause. But in my opinion he's going to far here.
There are already plenty of alternate social media sites cropping up or becoming popular, Gab, Parlor, MeeWee, and Gitmo.life, are 4 that I can think of with out any effort. He would be better suited trying to support someone who already has experience, rather than trying to start out on his own in a field he has no knowledge about.
The problem with 100% anonymous forums like that is that they always get over run with disgusting pedos which ultimately runs everyone off. Then there is also the problem of edgy personalities who do shit just because they can and it actually hurts the conversation instead of promoting a healthy exchange of ideas.

I think if he makes a form of social media, his should purely be an anonymously forum for discussing ANYTHING.
