I had attempted hanging up, speaking Spanish, blocking a number. The robo calls continued.
However I finally hit paydirt. Frustrated I dropped an F bomb on the recorded robocall about how they did nothing to help President Trump or save the election integrity. Suddenly the robot caller said ok, I will remove you from our call list.
I also imagine this would work equally well on a live caller.

F-bomb seems to also be the magic trick to make them stop texting you, can't count how many screenshots I've seen of that where the receiver said "Fuck off" and the auto-reply was an immediate unsubscribe.
