I will only accept this if it done in complete and total isolation from the swamp of washington. Any member of any delegation sent for this purpose, that entertains, communicates, or otherwise has any contact with any member of the house of representatives, their staff, family or friends, before or during the activities of the congeress (to include the senate, executive, and supreme court, as well as their staffs, families, friends or any other contact) shall be removed from this congress and held without bail until such time as the congress has completed its duties concerning the outright abusive and unconstitutional acts by all branches of the federal government.

When tyranny rules the day, and the judiciary, and law is corrupt beyond measure. the only response is the Constitution and the American people.

Supreme Court will simply dismiss without comment. We're screwed.

One of the ways you can tell that this government is finished is by it's regular use of political devices even when they aren't valid excuses (standing, laches, etc) to ignore doing their job function of redress of grievances. This is why I gave up on SCOTUS long ago. They only deal with things that are in their comfort zone and or are politically advantageous to them. As the court is quite clearly politicized.

Or in other words suing the federal government for a redress of grievances is no longer a viable tool. We have to handle this at the state level which is plenty viable once you understand how our form of government works.

The federal government has to be very significantly down sized and the federal court system, including SCOTUS, over hauled.

If the SCOTUS, Congress and Executive all conspire to Violate the Constitution, then it's clear the Constitution is a Voided Public Contract....if the Contract is VOID, then so is THEIR AUTHORITY HAVING BEEN DERIVED THEREFROM

We the People: I'm sueing you for violating my constitutional rights.

Government: Okay we will vote to see if that is the case... ...We voted and determined that we did not violate your rights.
