Funny story from this morning on my way to work today. Kinda long.

For whatever reason I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Just not in a good mood at all. Did my morning routine to get ready for work and out the door I went. I usually stop at my local coffee shop to grab a coffee and breakfast sandwich on occasion, which I did today.

Well, low and behold, I pull in behind an Acura MDX with the usual stickers - Coexist, Make Love not War, BLM, etc etc. On the actual bumper was this gem:

Feminism [noun]: 1. The radical notion that women are people.

WELLLLLLLLL... lookie what we have here this morning!

In my infinite ability to troll lefties I waited for her to place her order and when I went to the speaker, I ordered my coffee and sandwich. Now, I know all these girls inside, been going there for years. After I ordered my sandwich I told the girl - tell the lady in front of her I'll pick up her tab - to pay it forward and all that good stuff. She laughed and said, Sure thing! I yelled, one more thing, give her a message from me when you tell her, tell her I said - Feminism is a cult.

Dead silence until I heard the owner laugh in the background. This guy is based - he buys his commercial trucks me us yearly. The young girl goes, Ookaayyy, I will. Questioning the logic of her agreement, I'm sure.

We get to the window, I have my shades on, windows up, music pumping with some good ol' NWA to really lighten the mood. I drive a BMW, am white, fairly good looking, successful - I wear it with pride but I'm not cocky about it. Everything they absolutely hate to see today. I see the girl wave off her card, point to me and smile. The Acura smiles. And then the girl tells her my message.

This lady went NUCLEAR. Her face melted like she touched the Holy Grail in Raiders of the Lost Ark. The shrieking and yelling while staring at me in her rearview.. glorious. I waved as she pulled away. When I got to the window, the poor girl was shaken, the owner was there behind her laughing. I tipped her an extra 20 bucks for her service and promised to never put her in another situation like that again.

But I'm in a fantastic mood now!
