Well, no. Gender + sexuality says what you're attracted to. Just being straight doesn't tell you someone is attracted to female, you have to also specify that the someone is male. And if you make up your own gender, you implicitly make up your own sexuality to remain pointing at whatever you're attracted to - even if that doesn't change. But both classes have been freely invented in for a while now, which is the main point.
You can't just "invent" your own sexuality....
literally anyone who "identifies" as anything other than "male" or "female" and thinks they get to choose which they are, is doing exactly that.
Male and female are genders, not sexualities.
