States are suckling from the federal teat. They won't nullify anything. And it's too late to fix election laws at the state level. Once HR1 passes, every swing state will use it as a justification for nullifying any state changes via the supremacy clause. It will have to work its way through the courts and by the time it reaches SCOTUS it will be too late. They will have added 3 states, packed the supreme court, and granted amnesty to 30 million illegals. Republicans will never win another national election ever again. And they don't deserve to anyways. Fuck em all.
