Interesting... do you think it's the media trying to "train" the people to fight back, or to ease the public when it comes to be good complicit "citizens"?
Gamepwn - I'm a big fan of this genre? Any good suggestions that I should look into? I've read The Road, The Stand, Huxley, Rand, Orwell, -- what are a few titles you would recommend (I don't care for the vampire end of world novels)
thanks and have a great day
Would you suggestion starting off with the Infection and jumping down to Infection 2 or do I need to read them in succession. Which one do you recommend reading first? Thanks
I would read Tooth and Nail first then start with the Infection series haha. Both are amazing. Tooth and Nail deals with the militaries POV while in Infection you deal with a group of survivors. In book #2 of Infection however they meet up with the safe zone and military to take back the country. All of his books are fantastic.

Yes! Check out Craig Dilouie's books! He does all kinds of apocalyptic ones including one about a second American civil war.
