Entire article based on false premise. This is as dumb as something from CNN. The FBI has turned off commenting on a YouTube video therefore they don't actually want you to contact them to help find this person. Right. I'm sure the FBI wants you to report your sighting to YouTube instead of the fucking FBI contact number.
