Except there is a difference. With Rhodesia they wanted the farms.
In this scenario they have no interest in farming, they just want cash. And they’re going to hand it out based on race even if the person has no interest in farming. The only control over the money is that it does not go to white people.
They didn't really want the farms in Rhodesia either, just the land they were on considering they never bothered to do any farming afterwards.
