If every red state doesn't come out with both barrels blazing against this bill, our problems are worse than we thought. This is blatant racial discrimination. I already see in the comments that everyone knows the courts will do fuck all about this, but the states need to make the courts own that position, not just assume it so. Push us closer to balkanization if that's what it takes, but it's critical that the American public be divided against this bullshit.
