Only 20% of Chefs are women. This is true. What's even more impressive is that almost all Michelin Chefs are men! You'd think that women's natural abilities for taste, smell, etc, would land them a renowned status in the cooking industry. What with the fact they spent so much time at home and in the kitchen.

The issue is that becoming good at something requires actual hard work and sacrifice.
