in some states in the US, due to the mining industry, some insurance companies
are required to cover the damage from road and rock debris onto the windshield,
without cost to the insured.
i wonder if, upon 'finding a small crack' on the glass, if a glass repair group would
come and replace the whole thing...
all in about 'under an hour' as i have seen some places advertise...
would be funny to find all these cracked glass replacements with the 'barnacles' attached at the landfill...
