He wouldn't have gotten rid of racism.

Racism oozes from him. Robert Byrd was his mentor. Biden spoke the Eulogy at his funeral. Robert Byrd. Was a proud card carrying KKK member. Like, the REAL KKK. Robert Byrd. The guy who fought AGAINST civil rights in the 60's.

That's the guy that Biden looked up to for emulation.

Biden doesn't get rid of racism. Biden IS racism.
