learn technology now. There's ways to get around it. Use wifi jammers or cell phone jammers for stores who even attempt this technology. Spoof gps location with an sdr transmitter to get around tracking bracelets.

Wifi jammers are very cheap to get, a little ESP8266 board with wifi/usb can do a lot of stuff and running from a power bank for a very long time. There's a lot of software to put on them and easy to adjust to your needs. Like broadcasting 1000's of networks with random names or names generated that adhere to some rules. some can even broadcast the different SSIDs at different tx levels so they don't all appears to come from the same location.

I'm not too knowledgeable on the ell phone department but I guess adjusting something that can transmit at the frequencies used by cellphones would do. It doesn't have to be a strong signal just create a firewall-bubble or something around you haha. If you know of good cell phone jamming DIY stuff let me know. I love tinkering.

oh nice i have a bunch of esp8266s. I tried looking at a jammer sketch but couldn't get around to it. You know of a good sketch for wifi jamming?

you can get a 60w 8 band cell phone/gps/wifi jammer from bangood, but thats a chinese company. only $100 vs $1200 from an american equivalent.

Also, hack rf for gps spoofing.
