I ordered about 200 dollars worth of food for takeout for me and my family today.
Went to go pick it up and the hostess told me I needed to wear a mask. Texas has lifted the order but individual businesses can still require them. I told her I don't have one and I'm only picking up a to go order. She says I need a mask so I tell her "nah I'm good, just cancel my order for xxxx". I walk out and start driving towards a more based restaurant. Get a phone call from manager who asks if I could come back and they would bring my food out to me. Told her no, I'm not going back I already ordered from another restaurant. She says "you ordered the food, we made it, you need to come pay for it". I just laugh and say no thanks. Enjoy my food and margaritas restaurant staff, hopefully it comes out of your boss's pocket.

Love it it’s Wednesday afternoon and I’m in Galveston Texas there’s so many people wearing masks here it blows my mind! Not us!
Many people are legit scared. I don’t know where they get their info from, or how to deprogram them.
Ask them if they think a chainlink fence would stop a mosquito. The obvious answer is no. Then tell them that size relationship is the same for the COVID virus and the weave in their masks. That’s also why the label on the box says that the cloth masks everyone wears won’t stop the spread of COVID, and also don’t offer any protection from it.
Beyond that I’m not sure. You can’t reason people out of a position that they didn’t reason themselves into. Often it takes a shock of some kind to snap them out of it.
Laugh at them. It's nearly instant.
The people walking on the beach wearing masks blow my mind! Do they think these little virus particles are like heat-seeking missiles, just waiting to hone in on them? Honestly, some people drive this ol’ gal crazy!
