The MAGA movement would do itself a BIG favor if we defined the sentential events that require ACTION EN MASSE as well as define the PREDETERMINED ACTION RESPONSE.

Liberals know how to move en MASSE because the organize and plan in such a way that individual people can simply join in and know what to do. We need our own Transition Integrity Plan and that means anticipating likely scenarios and DEFINING REDLINES AND RESPONSES USING DECENTRALIZED ORGANIZATION models. Ie community organizing etc.
Ex. Use surveys to gather, publish and consolidate support without advocating any option suggested In the survey.
WE NEED TO ARGEE WHEN, WHY AND HOW WE WILL RESPOND TO INEVITABLE REDLINES.

The very first thing you need to do is get your local branches together. You're a leaf on your own. Three leaves are a branch. Several branches make up a tree.
Trees in town don't need to know each other, so long as they share leaves. Word can get out easily this way and it doesn't become a tangled mess.
Once you've got your handful of trees established - create a place to sound off.
Website won't do well for that - but it can be used to point to a discord etc where you can.
Once you have a few forests together in a greater area, you can connect to other forests.
Qualifications for being leaf - willing to respond to the modern day call to arms.
Once you have this network you can identify these sentinels, and broadcast them.
Very good analysis with one observation I would offer - in addition to your prerequisite I would add predefinition of sentinel events so that people who join already agree on the redline
