I think the mods just literally manually review every single post before it goes live. That or they constantly search new. How did you get a brand new post stickied?
I've had two stickies posted both times they were instantly done so. I think the mods just literally manually review every single post before it goes live. That or they constantly search new. Pretty impressive speed.
