Yeah, just like all those election fraud lawsuits were successful. If there's a winning strategy, it doesn't involve the legal system.

This one was successful. It was Lawfare by a small group of Conservatives who fought a Georgia "Diversity" School all the way to SCOTUS, forcing Social Justice and Woke Orgs to spend big money fighting it all the way to the top.

It was about a College Campus arguing that, even in a "Free Speech Zone" anything that might upset people was "Fighting Words" and thus could be prohibited - including sharing the Gospel.

How did Abortion get legalized? Gay Marriage? How are Christian Bakers treated?

The Left sues over everything, and once they win a breakthrough, the exploit it to the full and change the whole system.

For the past few decades, the Conservative Movement has shied away from Lawfare, and by abandoning the field, leaves the Left to continue waging Lawfare up and down the country on every issue.

It's about making them worry about being in the same room with us, rather than us always reacting to them - siezing or at least contesting the initiative. Every dollar they need to spend defending, is a dollar they can't use to try to advance their baloney.
