543 Maricopa County, if you have the footage of individuals removing the shredded "paper" from the dumpster you have the footage of the individual(s) discarding the shredded "paper". I read somewhere that in Arizona, garbage in your dumpster is still legally your property and can't be touched... But we all know it's a farce to go after this guy now.
