If a thousand men were not to pay their tax bills this year, that would not be a violent and bloody measure, as it would be to pay them, and enable the State to commit violence and shed innocent blood. This is, in fact, the definition of a peaceable revolution, if any such is possible.
Exactly. We need leadership to not just lead but fund massive protests. Imagine if Trump said "I'll take care of any legal fees for the thousands of people who do a tax revolt" but nah, instead we send him money to put more people into the same broken system that can't be fixed from the inside.
