Why do they set up these zones in the most ghetto and shitty areas of a city?

Set one up in Time's Square. Set one up in a nice ass suburb with an Apple store.

Minnesota is fucking shithole. All of it. So is Wisconsin and Michigan. We need to just give those states to Canada.
