We need a legal organization that helps people like this for free.
Or someone may just plain offer him a job. He sounds like a kid with character. While working and training, he can always get a high school diploma on the side, and go to college paid for by the company, if they have that benefit.
But we need lawyers. There is no compelled speech in America. We have the Fifth Amendment to protect us against that.
Lawyers: this sounds like a particularly good case to take, with a nice kid like that, and a struggling single mom like her, who raised him right, and her being black not helping here. What a scene. Let someone dive in, lawyers.
