Yeah, I'm not even a hardcore Bible thumper, and I'm convinced the majority of our government has been consumed by demons. I would say that equally applies to most of corporate America as well. ie. media, big tech, wall street, etc.

The democrat party is a lost cause they sold their soul to the public sphere which as history has shown bring nothing but misery which is why the teaching of jesus that "you, I, myself, the individual" are responsible for our action and will be held accountable for them not the collective. The Republicans party since one of it tenants is support individualism and the private sector is not completely lost and is why Trump is pushing to remove the neocons, control opposition, sell outs, or unprinipal members and replace it with the individuals who will protect the individual and private realm from the public realm ie government, banks, corperation, unions, syndicate, and so on.
