This entire thing is a joke. Even if you assume being trans is a real thing and not a mental illness, very few jobs have any need to know your gender. Whether you cut your dick off or whatever is not appropriate workplace discussion material.

If "being your true self" needs to involve talking about your sexuality with coworkers, you're a freak and need counseling. If a coworker talks to you about pronouns and shit just report them to HR for making you feel uncomfortable talking about sexuality at work.
