I'm weeping. I'm seeing my country being destroyed and people are actually laughing about it and applauding this. What's worse is that this is a week before the election, so nobody voted for this. We can't even have a referendum about these issues because they also banned the referendum. Petitions are ignored, demonstrations are banned, voices are being silenced on TV and online. And if one person snaps they will use it an excuse to control us even more.

I don't know if anything needs to be passed in Senate. But the law giving government the ability to restrict access to open air was approved (I'm not joking, fresh air is banned).
Meanwhile the Dutch corona app that doesn't have any private information for privacy reasons will, you guessed it, now contain private information to "prevent people from using each others phones as proof". In other words: papers please.

If any other companies had criminal extortion relationships like this - buy oreo brand cookies, or otherwise we terminate your bank accounts! Buy goodyear brand tires or otherwise you cant shop at the supermarket any more etc.. it clearly would constitute organised crime. Is health a reason for crime to be approved?
