The plan here is to create as much chaos at the border as possible. The Dems will say they told them not to come BUT they are here and WE have to deal with it. By deal with it, they mean conferring citizenship to thousands of people illegitimately seeking entry. They view these people as new voters for handouts. Dependence on the Government is a progressive ideal.
