I have nothing but contempt for these assholes who seemingly can never figure out in advance of how things are going to go once they get their precious demigods installed. Fuck her, I hope the bill passes and Biden signs it just so that she and her ilk are destroyed. If we are going to get burned down, you are going to get burned down to, bitch.

Considering that she's a "writer," she probably wrote articles saying the election wasn't stolen. She deserves all that Biden is going to give.

And the hair sniffing too.

The social contract of one vote per person was broken and people like that refused to care and actively prevented people from looking because they liked the outcome regardless of its legitimacy

Enjoy being jobless. Maybe if your lucky Pedo Joe will send $10,000 in your name to some foreign country while you remain jobless.

she probably wrote articles saying the election wasn't stolen

from the article:

I also wrote a book to remind myself โ€” and all of us โ€” that honesty was something that still mattered, despite having the most dishonest person imaginable leading our country. But now that Donald Trump is out of office, I'm facing a painful truth: The man I prayed would become president could sign a piece of legislation that would kill my career as a freelance writer.

I have supported my family of four this way for 20 years. (My husband is a stay-at-home dad.)

He sounds like a cuck.

I think there are going to be a lot of people who are going to be realizing that returning to a "normal" president and going back to business as usual is the worst thing the country could have done

"I recognize that I've bought into broad narratives about the power of the people, usually pushing the most progressive-minded, feel-good policies that have easily repeatable language about things like the "dignity of work." But when you're the one whose work is suddenly threatened, it's a bit more complicated.

"But don't enact sweeping legislation that squashes the vast majority of independent contractors and call it part of your plan "to create an economy where everyone can succeed." It's a great slogan, and it plays well on a Twitter video, but it's hypocrisy as long as the ABC test is part of your plan to do it."

This is how they use that pretty, dishonest language - like the "For the People Act," or the "George Floyd Justice in Policing Act" - to get people on board with things. Sadly, this woman is probably one of the few who actually looked into it beyond the pretty words and realized it signifies death for her career. Most don't bother, and then are shocked later.

No sympathy from me.

By her own admission, she only cared cuz it affected her. I bet she was all for putting the pipeliners out of work.

And Republicans are so stupid about language. Calling killing a baby โ€œpro-choiceโ€ was a brilliant PR move by commie Dems. GOP never learns

You are correct but starting an S-corp is not cheap either unless you're pretty smart & resourceful. You pay hundreds of $$ to establish one with the state, pay yearly tax of $800 (at least here in CA), and file 2 tax returns (individual vs corporation). Sadly I am not smart & resourceful enough so I have to pay lawyers & accountants to do them haha. And they aren't cheap! I doubt a freelance writer makes enough to really reap the benefits of an S-corp.

Funny she only becomes concerned about the bill's effects when she's the one experiencing them. However she would have absolutely no problem dictating to others what they can and cannot do because it's for "the greater good." This way of thinking is exactly what's wrong with this country. Bitch, you don't know best so stop telling others what to do and how to live because eventually someone's going to do the same to you.

Iโ€™m in California where this already happened. Luckily Iโ€™m retired after selling my company. But I was an independent contractor for 28 years. I made serious bank during those years.

If I had been an employee I would never have gotten the amount of business I did or the money. I had 7 ladies working for me also independently. They loved the flexibility and the money I was able to pay them.

This has destroyed so many people here!

I celebrated when Joe Biden was announced as the winner of the presidency and when Democrats took back the Senate.

Notice the phrasing - not "Joe Biden won the presidency, he was announced as the winner. The Democrats took back the Senate.

I think that deep down she knows this was stolen and not legitimate. Will she ever admit it it consciously? Probably not.
