This is currently the most interesting trend I am seeing: States giving feds the finger on various issues. And the left can't complain too hard, they set the precedent with their stupid sanctuary cities and pushed it harder with pot.
The only problem is how are they going to enforce it? Are they going to cover legal fees for gun sellers? Are they going to arrest federal officers that come to collect guns? I see they declare the Federal laws and allow lawsuits, but...where's the practical enforcement?
