Officers have always been the biggest problem. The way they are recruited and treated basically is 100% designed to foster alienation and elitism. They're basically taught that they're gods and elites. They're overpaid, their college demands ensure they are indoctrinated commies.
Officers should only ever be recruited from select enlisted fields, if they should continue to exist at all.

True Story: my brother used to work for the government (as an office worker). They regularly did political cleansings of staff (fired anyone who wasnt woke or an ally), spent 100% of budget on frivolous things like worker parties (giving away dozens of bottles of alcohol at Christmas parties to fill their budget quota), and handed good contracts to friends in the industry or to spouses who ran companies hired by govt (conflicts of interest everywhere). This was all for a city, not even the local counties/state.
