My father took us kids regularly on road trips, when I was growing up. Often the destination was Disneyworld in Florida.

Nostalgia runs deep in my DNA. Once I discovered who Disney really was, I couldn't in good conscience continue that with my own family. The movies, the mouse, the theme parks & products, not having any of it.

I understand what makes people go to Disney, but not for me. It just represents too much evil.

I have to say I've unsubscribed from pretty much every vacation planning anything lately, because every last one of them is all-in with the mask crap.

The purpose of a vacation is to get away from it all. The last thing I want to do is spend a crapton of money going across the country by road or air just to be stuck in a sea of mask idiocy.

I don't know why but i have always associated Disney merchandise to be low class and poor. It just screams walmart lifestyle.

I will never get over people spending lots of money to go there and then taking pictures of themselves wearing a fucking Clown Mask. Why not just take a picture from your back. No one can see your face anyway

Universal is a much better park. Dollywood and the whole Smoky Mountain area around it are, too.
