I remember a couple of years ago a company forced all their employees to quit smoking or lose your job. They even offered to pay for any treatment to help the employees quit. Apparently, a number of them dud not like that idea and refused to quit. The case went all the way to the Supreme Court. The Court ruled in favor of the employer. They said that an employer that offers insurance to their employees can dictate certain restrictions to their employees. And that cigarette smoking fell into that category since the employer was paying a large part of the cost of their employees insurance.
I see more and more employers following along this path of, no vaccination, no work. It's only a matter of time in my opinion.

This is an experimental "vaccine", not licensed by any federal agency. Plus you could throw in hippa violations just to twist the knife.
I hope he wins his lawsuit. I know that I have no intentions of taking the vaccine shots.
