How is it beneficial to "The Plan" to let Biden get more and more entrenched, firing more and more Trump appointees, replacing more and more military brass? And who is going to give the orders to the military to invoke "The Plan"? Literally everyone has been replaced with Biden loyalists, if they weren't already.
If they had something they could do, they would have done it already. Waiting this long would be completely idiotic.

If the Plan is ongoing as I believe it is, we as regular citizens will NOT see what is going on. If we can see it, the enemy can.
We will only see when the operation is completed and the enemy is contained.
