This just proves to me he won't get a fair trial.

I have a nonpopular opinion here I'm sure. George Floyd was under Derek Chauvin's custody. I do think that Derek Chauvin was negligent in not seeing that he stopped breathing sooner, and that a manslaughter conviction due to negligence is not unreasonable.

I also think that anyone who watched the body camera footage would laugh their ass off at the notion of a murder charge. The officers were doing everything they could to accommodate and help the man.
