Yeah, but now they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt of Intent, Which they can't do. This is the easiest defense in history and Derek Chauvin will be acquitted and rightfully so.

I agree but I have zero faith in the jurors. They'll probably be too scared to acquit and/or already be predisposed to convict.
Chauvin should walk if this whole process wasn't fucked from the start.
