Let's say half of Jews make over $100K/year. Jews make up 2% of the American population. So 1% of the people who make $100K/year are Jews. 1% vs 40%. That's not quibbling.

Lol. That is some horrendous math. Half of the Jews is 1% of the population, which is 3 million. 40% of 1% of the population is 1,200,000. So yes, the math adds.

Per your own stats, out of the top 50 billionaires, 9 are Jews. Which is nearly 9x more than their demographics would imply.

Regardless, we can safely say that people who subscribe to judiasm have an extreme disproportionate say in our culture and government comparative to their population size.

We're talking about people who earn over $100K/year per your article. That's not 1%. There's probably close to 100 million households who earn over $100K. 40% of the $100K population is 40 million. Which is a far cry from 3 million.

No, the math does not add up at all. Did you make this mistake on purpose?
