These crooked docs usually work out of a closet in a run down area of the city .. they're crooked fucks that give the "patient" any diagnosis that will help the lawyer win his case against an insurance company.

Every doctor/nurse who ever gives an injection makes sure any residual air is jettison from the top by plunging a small amount out the end of the needle beforehand.
Here's my question -- if we are supposed to be trusting our medical professionals, how is it that they aren't able to see that there isn't anything in the syringe before administering it to their patient?
