There was a case a few years ago where a teenager killed himself because he was charged with distributing child porn. He was like 16 or 17 and had exchanged a few nudes with his girlfriend. Our legal and judicial systems are a disgrace.
It specifically states "over 18" and involving minors under 12. Teenagers sending booby and pee pee pics to each other are still committing felonies, but this bill doesn't apply to them. The bill is very specific that this involves children under 12.
