As much as I'd love to see life imprisonment for monsters that hurt children, physically and mentally, an aggressive prosecutor could put away someone that just has porn which could be interpreted as CP even if it might not (like 2D shit with no actual victim, etc). Considering prosecutors by large live by putting away as many people as possible I can see this being abused against people that just wanted a wank and don't have a single stray thought about ever hurting a child.
I feel like some poor sod is going to get thrown away for just having something on his computer. Do you guys trust our leftist justice system to exercise this law fairly?
Yeah I have a feeling some poor fuck is gonna get arrested for having downloaded hentai. I get that shit like that is controversial, but for illustrations it's hardly worth life in prison.
