Depends on the subject matter, there are huge differences in cultures too, that might not have anything to do with what race someone is, but neuther bioligy or culture should be ignored as a root cause. Good systems typically have correct outcomes and equity the way the left sees it is anything but the correct outcome. But it’s not suprising since they also feel market manipulation is a ok.
