The article says part of the problem is that Fauci doesn't understand the harms of the lockdown. Fauci knows full well the harms and he revels in them. As has been pointed out by "elite" watchers -- [they] consider us a lesser species and are experimenting with how much they can get away with. This is not accidental, this is not for our own good, this is a test to see what our breaking point is.
