it takes only 1 ng of fentanyl to kill someone

norfentanyl is what you get when your body has already processed fentanyl

he had 16 times the lethal dosage of fentanyl in his body and was already 5.6 times dead when he expired

that's BEFORE the other shit he had in him as well :P

It keeps on multiplying receptors (part of a cell that substance acts on to spark an action)

Brain constantly works to discourage use by making the thing stop working in current dose

Yet at the same time reward system makes human crave it relentlessly

Substance abuse is a vicious, hellish cycle

Facts don't matter, bruh. Black criminal dies, regardless of how, and the black supremacist groups, along with their handlers, burn the country down "in protest." Just how deep into third-world lunacy is our country going to get?

Well yes and no

Amphetamine, to which methamphetamine is metabolized after use to some extent, also happens to act upon opioid receptors in few areas and generally can, paradoxically, add to respiratory depression

Report also states that he smoked (cotinine is a metabolite of nicotine). Amphetamines make you crave that smoke BIGLY and he probably was chain smoking hard.

Combine it with temporarily (also, dose dependent) heightened lung capacity (due to adrenergic activity) all pumped with cigarette smoke, which then was afterwards taxed with huge opioid overdose

It all was a fucking perfect storm honestly

That was a great synopsis. Without doxxing yourself would mind telling me what you do for a living?

"Overdose results in respiratory depression which is reversible with naloxone. Sudden death can also occur because of cardiac arrest or severe anaphylactic reaction. The estimated lethal dose of fentanyl in humans is 2 mg. The recommended serum concentration for analgesia is 1–2 ng/ml and for anaesthesia it is 10–20 ng/ml"

Not true at all. My mom was getting fentanyl when she was dying of cancer, I believe it was more than 1 ng/ml an hour via a patch. From what I dimly remember learning about fentanyl (to distract myself from watching my mom die in slow motion) is that the patches released the fentanyl to I think 3-4 ng/ml levels.

His blood test indicated 11 ng/ml.
