I paused my fb instead of deleting the account because I didn't want to lose all my contacts on messenger. Now I need to go back to using fb for my online biz... really no choice. So I need all my history deleted so my online presence is politely neutral and doesn't impact the business. I found this article... is this the best way? Thank you for any help.

Just go through the FB settings and use the options there to delete the history as well as request all data they have on you. Your account will be deleted and you'll receive a big PDF of all the data they keep on you.
For your business, make a new FB account and have it associated with ONLY your business.
This is the answer. Make a brand new fresh account for business and delete the okd account
I thought you couldn't delete everything by using Facebook settings because they make you go through every single item manually
