No way is there only 1 cop guilty. The other 3 there had the DUTY to knock him off. Failing that the citizens there felt they didn't have the power to stop all 4 pigs on scene. I would've made the difference.
Now somebody go ahead and try to say "there are good cops." No there aren't. Even when a cop isn't as guilty as those 3 right there, they know of co-workers abusing their authority without reporting it.
