Very much so. States rights are crucial. The Fed needs to be pushed back on, HARD. And it's starting. There's a lot more to do, but it's a good start.
Need to push within states, too. Newsom's recall is a go, they ended up with 2 million votes, they needed 1.4, and they were verifying them ahead of time, and are claiming they have more than enough votes, the state is expected to announce the recall ballot soon.

Preferably by sending the people currently doing it to Gitmo. Fucktards only understand force, we need to start using it ourselves
Gitmo is not luxurious or even comfortable. On one hand, getting sent there is plenty of threat, as it's a camp, not a prison, and life there is intentionally made unpleasant to break the prisoner's spirit. On the other hand - citizens would not be sent there, it's primary use is to hold terrorists.
One the gripping hand, I'd be fine with anyone forcing masks back on us, or trying to, to be fire, not allowed to hold public office again, and shunned by society.
I sure didn't. Oklahoma City also has a mandate. I walked into a Walmart and had a cop ask if I wanted a mask. I looked at him in the eyes and said, nope...then continued in the store. He never said anything to me. Only a hand full of people refuse to wear them here. Another handful wear them below their nose...most idiots just comply and think their saving lives.

Yes. Apologize, give your best excuse/reasons, admit that not only were you ethically wrong to use the emergency powers, but that the orders had no effect in stopping the virus and needlessly caused death and suffering, and resign, or alternatively, state a reason for not resigning (i.e. that it would cede more power to Dems to do even worse). She may have less of the firebrand spirit of Marjorie Taylor Greene, and she’s a career politician doing politics bullshit, but being the ONE governor standing up against the National hysteria solely on the principle of acknowledging the rights of the citizens goes a pretty damn far way — farther than the dearth of Republican lobbyist’s ‘approval points’ and ‘congressional leadership positions’ pull her down.
It's funny you are getting downvoted when you are in fact correct. If there is one thing to learn from people here is they are quick to suck anyone's dick as long as that person pretends to be on their side(until of course, it eventually turns out they never were).
If it’s up to government to decide what rights we have, then we have no rights at all. You might as well ask a carjacker whether you have the right to keep your own car.
Of course he didn’t and I hate it.
Completely red state and our governor doesn’t have the balls to run our state government the way most of his constituents want.
We need a MAGA governor here badly. We frequent elect wimpy Republicans just because they have an R next to their name.
I’m hoping some day soon we will have someone worth voting for!
it is because he is just another cookie cutter politician.
when he primaried, i sent 5 questions to ALL candidates. 3 responded, he wasn't one of them. his website looked JUST like 4-5 other candidates, with only the names changed. i was wary from that point on.
general election came up, i sent the same 5 questions, got NO response. then he was installed, just like the GAYor of Tulsa.
putting your ballot into a machine means you are complicit in this fraud we call 'elections'
Yeah he set the bar so high with that "50 cases per 100,000 people" crap that there's no way it will get that low for 14 straight days. The only way it gets lifted is if enough people put political pressure on him to lift it.
Do you have something that you copy/paste and send off each time, or do you do something new up each time? I’ve been kicking around the idea of setting automated emails to blast their way at the same time everyday
Its absolutely baffling to me. I guess I'm pretty much an outlier. I don't go to the doctor unless its an emergency, I don't take drugs, I don't get vaccines or vaccinate my kids. We are pretty healthy. When I do go to Dr. They look at me like I'm lying when I tell them I don't take meds. I have very little faith in the medical system. Its just a grift as far as I can tell. Ill take my chances on my immune system.
Great work and very science-based. I’m gonna repost this comment, credit to u/TrumpAwakens2020, in case anybody needs ammo to fire at shills on this topic.
....I compiled a list of studies I found over the last 45 years showing the ineffectiveness of surgical and n95 masks. And finally, a new study out about how mandatory masks are effecting children:
By 26.10.2020 the registry had been used by 20,353 people. In this publication we report the results from the parents, who entered data on a total of 25,930 children. The average wearing time of the mask was 270 minutes per day. Impairments caused by wearing the mask were reported by 68% of the parents. These included irritability (60%), headache (53%), difficulty concentrating (50%), less happiness (49%), reluctance to go to school/kindergarten (44%), malaise (42%) impaired learning (38%) and drowsiness or fatigue (37%).
Yes, only in this insane irrational world do we need a study to demonstrate that slowly suffocating your children with a face cloth has negative consequences for their health and well being.
The last study is a fascinating one because a big one of the "long term effects" of covid are described as "brain fog", which is basically a summary of the entire list of effects. And I'd make a bet that the study coming to the "brain fog" conclusion did not double-blind their study against people WITHOUT covid to compare/contrast how many of them were also "brain fogged". After all, they were seeking long-term effects of the illness, why search out and interview perfectly healthy people who've always been so? CLEARLY healthy people aren't being "brain fogged", so no need to test a baseline, because nothing significant changed in society during the 'rona restrictions, right?
That he did or did not put the rules in himself may not actually make a difference.
There's a logic puzzle/story, of a primitive tribe trying to determine whether each individual person in the tribe has blue eyes or not, with an offer of a great prize claimable at exactly noon on any day, if they guess correctly, but tragedy if they guess wrong. The tribe has "X" blue-eyed people, and "Y" brown-eyed people. No reflective surfaces. They're mute except an oracle, who says one phrase: "I see two eye colors, someone has blue eyes".
That much was obvious, X > 1, Y > 1. Everyone can see someone has blue eyes. But now, because it was spoken, the entire tribe now knows everyone's eye color, including their own, despite no mirrors or additional communication... Except the Oracle. The Oracle only knows they have blue eyes, but did not know it prior to their statement. How?
It's a counter-intuitive little logic puzzle, but it relates here just as well. Something that is obvious, and seemingly pointless to say, can collapse a variable (or rather, draw focus to it), which allows for significant change to a situation, even if nothing was actually done, merely because a figure of authority initiated it. People need a starting line, not a solution necessarily, and revoking an order he did not give provides that starting line.
"Stitt said a statewide mask mandate would be hard to enforce and it should be a decision left to local leaders."
So, Stitt (Republican't) punted an unenforceable and unConstitutional face diaper mandate to ". . . local leaders." And will be credited with "opening up" his state, BUT illegal, unenforceable and unConstitutional face diaper mandates remain in place throughout OK?
Happy to say that w/ Texas and other states leading the way, I am seeing more people walking w/o masks (yes, outside -nuts).There is a mask mandate in my major city, county but not the state.
The fact that there was a muzzle mandate in the first place. It is so wrong and non-scientific. If wearing surgical masks all the time in public worked, you’d think in school we would have been told “if there’s ever a virus, we may all have to wear surgical masks!”. But they don’t work. This was entirely made up to constantly give people a visual reminder that there’s a “pandemic” happening. Also to show obedience and to basically humiliate people. Just disgusting!
I fully expect my kids to be wearing masks till the end of the year unfortunately. They got so much crap for even opening schools at all so I can’t imagine the outrage if they made masks optional.
I’m thankful our district gave us a choice between online or in person but I hated the masks. I was so morally torn on sending my kids and honestly I’m ashamed I did.
I do think they are very relaxed with it, as it’s mostly optics. The kids don’t have to wear them at recess where they can play together but can’t take class photos cause social distancing.
It’s stupid.
I opted for homeschooling and skipped the whole thing.
I have a special needs child who will never be able to keep a mask on... and also needs to be able to have free and clear bathroom access.
Keeping kids in masks is child abuse, plain and simple. And I refuse to do it. So, if the "new normal" in schools is masks on all the time, I'm out for good. If the State doesn't like it, they will need to beat me to a bloody pulp in front of my own children if they want to mask my kids.
Like putting a band-aid over the remnants of neck from a beheading. Masks are the least of our concerns at this point, why bother making this a sticky?
His order will remove covid restrictions from the state, one of which is masks are supposed to be worn within government buildings. There was never a public mask mandate here.
However, Tulsa and OKC have restrictions and mask mandates still - which is bullshit. Our state decided that cities cannot fine businesses for using plastic bags or forcing a ban of plastic bags but they are being allowed to have mask mandates.
I have friends whose business has suffered tremendously under this. It is a testament to their diligent preparation that they didn't have to shut down.
I live in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Our city council voted a couple weeks ago to keep the city wide mask mandate in effect until May. Does this order override that? I’m confused.
Meh... almost all businesses will likely force masks on you anyway. Your kids will still wear them in school and IF you have sporting events or other gatherings, they will be masked. This nation is cucked.
In states that have lifted all masks requirements and other restrictions, what are major businesses and retailers doing? Are they still requiring masks in their stores? Are they requiring employees to continue to wear them? Mine says regardless of what states do they will continue to require masks as long as the CDC says so.
Here in Pgh Pa...all sob governor Wolf is giving us is St Patty's day with the first access to bars and dining....yet Christian based holidays...curfews were implemented. I wonder if Easter will have curfews as well? Can't have those terrible , evil , religious, constitutional, freedom loving Trump supporters out gathering sharing news and free speech....there might be another "insurrection "
Just in time to prevent economic catastrophe, a stolen election, and the installation of a Communist puppet!
Good thing these RINOs closed the barn doors!
Hey! Trump won in Oklahoma.
And the RINO's in OK struck down anti abortion legislation because solving a problem they were elected to do would mean that people would have to look beyond a single issue when deciding who to vote for.
Did Oklahoma congressional members raise or vote for any objections? How did they vote on impeachment?
Um I live in Oklahoma and I never had to wear a mask..... anywhere but I also dont live in tulsa or okc
Same here...never once wore a mask and anyone who wore a mask in our town wasn't from here. Had no idea there was ever a mask mandate happening.

States rights. The hero you never expected.
This may end up being the understatement of the year.
I've been emailing my local reps to get on the ball and secure our constitutional rights. A 2A Sanctuary bill is already in the works nice to find out.

Never expected States to actually have the balls to buck the Feds again. February 8, 1861
exactly
Unconstitutionality gets squatters rights!
While true, is it not still a good thing that these states are lifting mandates?
its them giving back your natural rights. While keeping the power to revoke them at any time now that the goalpost has been moved.
The next time the goalpost moves..it will be behind a barbed wire fence.
I hear you, but what is the proper way to reconcile this? They already stripped us of our rights. Do they need to send an apology and resign?
The way to fix this is to make it absolutely clear that the next person who even thinks of doing something like it again gets sent to Guantanamo for the rest of their miserable existence. Easy to say until you will lose your job if you don't comply and you are a single mom of three.
The toughest decisions require the most backbone. Sacrifice isn't easy for a reason

We all know what the reconciliation is.
It's good they're getting removed, it's bad they had to be removed in the first place

It is good for many reasons.
The primary one for me is that this comes on the heals of Biden calling for the mask mandates to continue indefinitely. The States flexing their muscles like this is the first step towards Nullification, and that's one of our best paths to victory.

There’s really no words for how bad this all is.
Correct. You want a governor to clap for, see Kristi Noem. All the rest cucked. Don't celebrate when they give you back what wasn't theirs to take.
She went to Beijing Biden’s inauguration. She’s a commie whore.
She's done a great job defending people's freedoms and the MSM hates her. That's how you know she's legit. Idc if she went to DC for the inauguration
Just like how they hated Kavanaugh and ACB?

How many times did the MSM hate Mitch McConnel? Not saying Kristi is like Mitch just that going by who the MSM hates, literally every republican and a quarter of democrats are "our guy"
You’re part of the problem. We need to get rid of the RINOs, not embrace them you faggot.
Its much more simple then that,
Youre just retarded.
Have a blessed day and...
Good luck being retarded!
Get fucked pinko sympathizer.
Only a retard thinks Kristi Noem is a commie
Sorry for your feelings retard
That means literally the best governor in America is a commie whore. What does that make the rest of them?
F Off. She held the line long while most didn't.
All of that means nothing when she goes to the inauguration you faggot.
Did you want her to secede South Dakota or something? She’s a state governor, she doesn’t have the luxury of shouting “not my president!”, and she stood up for Trump during the fight to stop the steal, didn’t she? Attendance at State functions by a state official isn’t a personal endorsement.

Yet another reason why I don’t like MTG or Bobert and why I don’t fully trust DeSantis.
Kind of like people getting excited about Tax returns.
We never officially had a mandate. This headline is misleading.
exactly. this says NOTHING about all the city and county 'authorities' ARE 'mandating'
Yes! This frustrates me. The state never had a mandate. Individual cities did.
So... did he tel the local authorities they couldn’t continue being faggots?
LMAO YES 😂❤️
You would think this would put pressure on certain red-state Republican governors to do the right thing. <cough> DeWine <cough>
DeWine is a Covid obsessed, hardcore mask Nazi; no way he's giving that up.
He's actually in the "at-risk" age bracket. i wonder if that scares him
He faked having the WuFlu to get out of meeting Trump.
Hey, I got Ducey. Then again, not much good coming out of Ohio. Arizona at least has good to great weather.
I never wore one. To see so many people listen to this garbage is frightening.
And removed the mask mandate for state budildings*
he never issued a statewide mandate, just one for state buildings.
You do if you’re in Stillwater. They just opened our schools back up last week.
I ignore the stillwater mandate.
Me too homie. If you have a Facebook check out the Stillwater unite group.
I'm definitely in that group.
Note these are links to actual studies, not news sites, with a summary conclusion statement. Copy / Paste this where ever you see fit. It's sorted chronologically starting with oldest first.
-> Ritter et al in 1975, found that “the wearing of a surgical face mask had no effect upon the overall operating room environmental contamination. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1157412/
-> Ha’eri and Wiley in 1980, applied human albumin microspheres to the interior of surgical masks in 20 operations. At the end of each operation, wound washings were examined under the microscope. “Particle contamination of the wound was demonstrated in all experiments.” https://europepmc.org/article/med/7379387

And finally, a new study out about how mandatory masks are effecting children: By 26.10.2020 the registry had been used by 20,353 people.

Perfect reply Fren...
he didn't enact any.
local and county level tyrants did that, and i'm pretty sure they STILL are.
Yup, they did but then my police chief and sherriff wouldn't enforce it.

Sane People: That was always allowed. You don't need a government mandate to be retarded.
So what. Missouri never had a mask mandate but mask are still required because it’s up to the local government.
This is just a stupid PR move, it means nothing. Ask Texas.
Texas lifted it too. But. Doesn’t help when the stores still require masks. We have no freedoms.........
https://oklahomawatch.org/2020/11/24/after-1600-deaths-and-counting-mask-mandate-remains-flashpoint-in-oklahoma/
"Stitt said a statewide mask mandate would be hard to enforce and it should be a decision left to local leaders."
So, Stitt (Republican't) punted an unenforceable and unConstitutional face diaper mandate to ". . . local leaders." And will be credited with "opening up" his state, BUT illegal, unenforceable and unConstitutional face diaper mandates remain in place throughout OK?
hmm, ok.
Happy to say that w/ Texas and other states leading the way, I am seeing more people walking w/o masks (yes, outside -nuts).There is a mask mandate in my major city, county but not the state.
I’m still usually the only person without a mask at any given store where I live. Very frustrating
"If we are wrong the problem will fix itself and we will all die" me last summer when GA opened back up lol
"And just like that POOF! The virus will be gone!"
Lifting statewide mandates does nothing unless the governor forces county and local governments to lift their mandates as well.
Does this include allowing children into a classroom with no mask?
Many places are removing the mask mandates EXCEPT for in schools... which is extremely sick and demented.
And the State might do exactly that... so be it.
eh a true Patriot wouldnt have bothered wearing the mask. As that mandate is unconstitutional.
Fuck. I live in Oregon but have a great job. Baseball practice with masks on kids tonight. Sickening.
And dangerous.
I can smell the cigs burning brighter across Oklahoma's casinos
Like putting a band-aid over the remnants of neck from a beheading. Masks are the least of our concerns at this point, why bother making this a sticky?
NEXT STEP IS TO MAKE ALL MASK MANDATES ILLEGAL. NEVER AGAIN!
Should never have happened.
I have friends whose business has suffered tremendously under this. It is a testament to their diligent preparation that they didn't have to shut down.
The scam served it's purpose. Time to reopen. Almost like if was planned from the beginning.
Stitt is still a cuck. Never forget. You will not be praised.
About fucking time, dude! The lefties in my office are freaking out lol. Today is a good day :)
Im really starting to hate Michigan.
I live in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Our city council voted a couple weeks ago to keep the city wide mask mandate in effect until May. Does this order override that? I’m confused.
Another one down.
Meh... almost all businesses will likely force masks on you anyway.
Might as well keep wearing them whether the CDC says so or not.
Cdc won't let you mask off until you take the covid vax
This makes absolutely no legal difference, we shouldn't clap when they undo what they should have never done.
We can thank our overlords for being so gracious as to allow us a small but of our freedoms back
I can't wait to hear the mental gymnastics democrat run states will have to do to keep this mandate going.
Good but also framed as Biden's success. Or at the very least framed as though it couldn't happen during Trump's term.
Butch all you want about how he shouldnt have pit it in place anyway, which he shouldnt have. At least its gone now.
Now primary the cuck. Run for office youreelf or volunteer for someone maga who is running. Change doesnt happen by itself.
Still waiting for NH governor Sununu to stop being a RINO on this issue.
All right, all right, all right.
REEEEEEE!
Thanks for being election rigging facilitatingly late! /sarc
I Love good Kevin's.
Do NC next!!
Would that be a curfew for Easter worshippers? /s
Bull Stitt
Thank you South Parq. I mean.... Governor whomever you are.
