They want to provoke conservatives to action. Expect false flags.

Last fucking chance to stop this insanity - it there are American patriots in American military and intelligence who want to stop civil war better those people should act fast enough before Demoncrap cabal will cause conservative peace-loving people will have to go to those fucking civil war. That's just it. 1A and 2A is all we have left. When 2A gets hit, nothing will stop a "bad time".

There’s no gun grab in the language of the bill. It’s solely concerning the private sale of guns now requires a background check on the purchaser. I don’t like it because it’s just another hoop for law abiding citizens to jump through while not helping to prevent criminals from selling and obtaining guns.

Slow your roll a bit.

Proud_American -1 points ago +2 / -3

It’s already illegal to sell a gun to a felon. Now, you’ll be forced to find out instead of selling to violent criminals. Again, if you’re law abiding this means nothing. If you’re a criminal it doesn’t stop shit which is why I oppose it.

To call it a gun grab is nonsensical, qtard bullshit that doesn’t help our cause.

Save it for the “assault weapons” ban that’s around the corner.

I’m not waiting to drown before I start swimming.

It bans private guns sales. You will need to go though a dealer to sell your own fucking gun to your own dad.

If I need a dealer with an FFL then it’s not a private gun sale. Find your dick and stop licking boots

Wrong, wrong wrong. It does not prevent interfamilial transfers.

Here’s the bill, cupcakE. 2B is the spot you’re looking for.

(aa) (1) (A)It shall be unlawful for any person who is not a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer to transfer a firearm to any other person who is not so licensed, unless a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer has first taken possession of the firearm for the purpose of complying with subsection (t).

(B)Upon taking possession of a firearm under subparagraph (A), a licensee shall comply with all requirements of this chapter as if the licensee were transferring the firearm from the inventory of the licensee to the unlicensed transferee.

(C)If a transfer of a firearm described in subparagraph (A) will not be completed for any reason after a licensee takes possession of the firearm (including because the transfer of the firearm to, or receipt of the firearm by, the transferee would violate this chapter), the return of the firearm to the transferor by the licensee shall not constitute the transfer of a firearm for purposes of this chapter.

(2)Paragraph (1) shall not apply to—

(A)a law enforcement agency or any law enforcement officer, armed private security professional, or member of the armed forces, to the extent the officer, professional, or member is acting within the course and scope of employment and official duties;

(B)a transfer that is a loan or bona fide gift between spouses, between domestic partners, between parents and their children, including step-parents and their step-children, between siblings, between aunts or uncles and their nieces or nephews, or between grandparents and their grandchildren, if the transferor has no reason to believe that the transferee will use or intends to use the firearm in a crime or is prohibited from possessing firearms under State or Federal law;

(C)a transfer to an executor, administrator, trustee, or personal representative of an estate or a trust that occurs by operation of law upon the death of another person;

(D)a temporary transfer that is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm, including harm to self, family, household members, or others, if the possession by the transferee lasts only as long as immediately necessary to prevent the imminent death or great bodily harm, including the harm of domestic violence, dating partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, and domestic abuse;

(E)a transfer that is approved by the Attorney General under section 5812 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; or

(F)a temporary transfer if the transferor has no reason to believe that the transferee will use or intends to use the firearm in a crime or is prohibited from possessing firearms under State or Federal law, and the transfer takes place and the transferee’s possession of the firearm is exclusively— (i)at a shooting range or in a shooting gallery or other area designated for the purpose of target shooting; (ii)while reasonably necessary for the purposes of hunting, trapping, or fishing, if the transferor— (I)has no reason to believe that the transferee intends to use the firearm in a place where it is illegal; and (II)has reason to believe that the transferee will comply with all licensing and permit requirements for such hunting, trapping, or fishing; or (iii)while in the presence of the transferor.

(3)It shall be unlawful for a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer to transfer possession of, or title to, a firearm to another person who is not so licensed unless the importer, manufacturer, or dealer has provided such other person with a notice of the prohibition under paragraph (1), and such other person has certified that such other person has been provided with this notice on a form prescribed by the Attorney General. (c)Rules of interpretation Nothing in this Act, or any amendment made by this Act, shall be construed to— (1)authorize the establishment, directly or indirectly, of a national firearms registry; or (2)interfere with the authority of a State, under section 927 of title 18, United States Code, to enact a law on the same subject matter as this Act

Oh did you focus on just THAT bill or ALL THE OTHER ONES TOO?

My personal favorite is HR127 but saving my outrage until there is days until simply having a firearm is a felony when you can clearly see what’s happening is a disaster waiting to happen.

I don’t have to tell the government when I sell my gun to anybody. They can fuck off its my property and they’re already WAY over the line. Not another INCH.

You would have gotten your ass kicked in the early 80s just for suggesting this kinda shit.

Anybody making apologist arguments for this needs a slapping by somebody with a Texan accent.

For fucks sake its Amazing we have to say this shit out loud

Why are you on here threatening to kill a fellow patriot yet you ignore the government stealing your rights? Let’s try to focus our bravado everyone.

Proud_American 1 point ago +1 / -0

He insinuated I’m a commie and he can’t wait to meet me. That’s a threat and I return them in kind.

Anyway, I’ve said explicitly I don’t like the bill because it only affects law abiding citizens while criminals will continue to scoff at the laws which are meant to keep the wrong people from attaining guns. Nothing in the language of this bill is a “gun grab” and it makes our side look like nut jobs when we make shit up that isn’t there.

You’re gonna have to show me where my right to own a weapon has been infringed in this bill. Is it on the horizon, maybe, but this isn’t it.

Here’s the part that makes us look like crazies: “What to do: Prepare your guns,prepare yourself, make scouting and recognising possible tangos. Last fucking chance to stop this insanity”. Really? Not being able to sell a gun without making sure you’re not selling to a felon warrants ‘whiskey,tango, foxtrot’? No, it doesn’t. You make a good point about focus and that’s all I’m doing so we don’t go overboard like it’s rerun of the movie ‘full metal jacket.’
