I think a few state will secede if things continue as they are, especially if Biden signs any major gun legislation. But, I don't think they will form a new country, most likely some form of administrative secession. In other words governors and state legislatures will ignore federal mandates and not enforce new laws.

With any new federal legislation it is expected that the states pass laws that mirror the new fed laws in order for the states to do the actual enforcement. I doubt that many states will do so. Some governors have already stated something similar.
