Republicans are total faggots

180
1A2A 180 points ago +182 / -2

Wrong, they're Democrats. There are no Republicans.

75
DahRage 75 points ago +78 / -3

The Republican/Democrat line doesn't exist. People need to realize it's really a fight between the Authoritarians and Libertarians that this dual party nonsense is being used to distract them from

38
Judicator 38 points ago +39 / -1

Libertarian is a loaded term but on a pure ideological scale you are correct.

22
ribble 22 points ago +22 / -0

May a new hope be coming over the horizon now.

Death to China, its communism, and its manufactured viruses.

10
Porkbut 10 points ago +10 / -0

Wonder who loaded it

10
Judicator 10 points ago +12 / -2

Eh this is a case of self-professed libertarians (or the libertarian party) being cucks a lot of the time.

7
ribble 7 points ago +9 / -2

the libertarians are actually very thoughtful. they only claim what they rightfully worked for.

7
Judicator 7 points ago +8 / -1

Ideologically, sure, but in terms of politics uh, yeah. Throwing votes away, not that votes really matter anymore anyways.

3
iDinduNuffin 3 points ago +3 / -0

And they surrender what is rightfully ours.

1
VolareVia 1 point ago +2 / -1

Thoughtful though they may be, libertarianism as an ideology has not been used to win a major political argument in terms of policy practically since the US was founded.

2
Porkbut 2 points ago +2 / -0

Surely none of those are controlled oppo either... it must be the ideology thats the problem

5
Judicator 5 points ago +5 / -0

I never said the ideology was the problem, I said that the ideology was correct but the term itself was loaded because it implied the political party, which is cucked/controlled opposition/whothefuckknows

1
iDinduNuffin 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's both.

2
StartAgain 2 points ago +2 / -0

this, and republicans have been compromised since Bush Sr.

2
Deeznutsmatter 2 points ago +2 / -0

They have been corrupt for way longer than that. So has the other side.

-1
iDinduNuffin -1 points ago +1 / -2

Libertarians exist to get you to cede power to globalists.

3
grndmrshlgando 3 points ago +3 / -0

the longer they take to build the court case against the democrat party, the more the democrats drift toward totalitarian rule. the further they drift, the more agitated patriots get, take too long it starts a civil war. swift military action on the deep state and swamp and regaining control of the country and law/order will stabilize the country.

2
CMDRConanAAnderson 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is why I religiously use the phrase Purple State, it shocks me every time when people lump them into separate baskets of deplorable when they exist as one team fighting for the same goals.

2
0xTC 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s not even Democrats vs Republicans. It’s just puppets doing the bidding of their masters. The titles Dem vs Republican is just giving the illusion of choice.

3
bh506407 3 points ago +3 / -0

Seriously, I always see posts like this railing against the Republicans that voted for these measures and how we should give them hell.

Start listing the Democrats who voted for it too so we can start calling their offices and giving them hell as well.

Make all of these shitstain uniparty scum think twice before they do any more damage that is irreparable.

1
grndmrshlgando 1 point ago +2 / -1

they're blackmailed beyond all hope. they probably got a video of nancy pelosi literally doing demonic satan worship or something so awful I can't even come up with something evil to compare it to. "do exactly as I say or this gets out". they're all like that, dealing with the devil. of course its gonna come out regardless since USA patriotism and belief in God and country is still strong, but its going to shock the entire world when it does

6
Thedaythe_redditdied 6 points ago +8 / -2

But we have to support them because trump will save the party.

0
grndmrshlgando 0 points ago +1 / -1

he's filtering out who the good guys are from the bad guys. he's protecting their families, hiring security etc. this is why governors are lifting mask mandates now

3
IntergalacticWalrus [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Is there evidence for this or just conjecture?

2
Thedaythe_redditdied 2 points ago +2 / -0

Hmmm I would have tried that four years ago. Republicans are the cancer that will kill trump.

3
Anaconda 3 points ago +6 / -3

this won't pass unless they have 60 votes in the senate.

it means after we rightfully punished the RINO senate for backstabbing trump yeah we do need to take back both the house and senate in 2022.

3
martel732 3 points ago +3 / -0

Wasn't this vote on the bill that came BACK to the House from the Senate?

2
HateEngine 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not sure but the breitbart article says it will likely be discussed in the Senate in the future

2
concealedaces 2 points ago +2 / -0

No it has yet to go through the Senate. It won't pass without 60 votes

153
leDonaldAlwaysWins 153 points ago +153 / -0

It's worse. Nutcase introduced a bill to "ban assault rifles." Yea. Congress is literally trying to violate the U.S. constitution.

Chad_Dudebroski 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fortify their elections then

41
MustafaJones 41 points ago +42 / -1

Too bad for them. Pistol caliber “assault rifles” are readily 3D printable. Within a few years no amount of legislation will stop the inevitable.

20
leDonaldAlwaysWins 20 points ago +20 / -0

That is an excellent point. But their objective is simply to make armed resistance ineffectual. I'm not an expert about guns, but I would think a pistol caliber has much less range and power to be effective in combat against "assault rifles." That is a win for theses usurpers.

11
MustafaJones 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yes I agree, however from what I can tell current issue with 3D printed rifles is the barrels and chambers have to be metal. It’s possible to electro-chemically machine a barrel in your garage but it really only works for straight walled cartridges. Most rifle ammo has a shoulder so it’s difficult to get the complex chamber cuts. Assuming you have access to a lathe it’s entirely possible to make a complete rifle caliber assault rifle with a printer. The tech is really close it’s just needs a little more time. Also some guy on YouTube is prototyping a printed rifle chambered in 45-70 Government.

15
War_Hamster 15 points ago +15 / -0

I've posted this here before, but I recently learned that the majority of the guns we used in the Revolutionary War were homemade.

7
1A2A 7 points ago +7 / -0

Very cool

4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

Badasses.

4
NateBedfordForrest 4 points ago +4 / -0

Where there is a will there is a way. They'll see.

6
BBWasHere 6 points ago +6 / -0

They were much easier to make as it was essentially the same as a potato cannon where the barrel has no riffiling and thr barrel functioned as the "feeding" mechanism and the recoil was absorbed via the person firing its shoulder.

Todays guns have riffled barrels, separate feeding areas outaide the barrel, and most common handguns amd riffles have recoil springs or slides that absorb some recoil and feed the next round which makes them more complex.

5
Chairman_Jao_Bi_Den 5 points ago +5 / -0

People will likely start buying up metal-capable 3D printers if shit gets as bad as it looks like it will.

There's no way around 2A. It is HARD-WIRED into our DNA. The tyrants will burn in Hell, and it's our job to set up their appointments with God.

3
Cyer6 3 points ago +3 / -0

The only problem with the 2A is getting a sizeable amount of the population to agree when is the right time to exercise it. I just have no idea any more as to what that would take or look like. You'd think having our voting rights stripped and having an illegitimate candidate installed as POTUS right before our eyes would do it. Apparently not.

4
IntergalacticWalrus [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

This won’t happen until people are starving or watching their children get shot.

Unfortunately they may neuter us before it gets that bad.

Then it gets really bad.

2
FormerGraveheart 2 points ago +2 / -0

Those cost a quarter million dollars each. It would make more sense to simply make your own EDM machine and make the metal parts with that.

2
Chairman_Jao_Bi_Den 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm sure we'll figure something out.

After all, we're the smart portion of the population 😉

1
VolareVia 1 point ago +1 / -0

Cheaper still I would argue to C&C mill.

5
BBWasHere 5 points ago +5 / -0

The part of a gun that is consodered a "gun" by current laws is the frame.

You can still 3D print a frame and then just buy thr remainder of thr parts because for example a barrel by itself is not considered a gun. A trigger by itself is not consodered a gun.

There are, to my knowledge, absolutly no laws prohibiting the sale of parts which everything other than a complete frame is considered parts.

6
befehlistbefehl 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yet

4
Ballind 4 points ago +4 / -0

Doesn't matter what the barrel and chamber are made of. They aren't a gun.

2
TruthyBrat 2 points ago +2 / -0

This week they aren't.

2
RolandDelacroix 2 points ago +2 / -0

Correct, but every part outside the registered part can be bought over the counter, with cash, no check needed.

6
TonsOfSalt 6 points ago +8 / -2

As with most things, the lines are blurred. There are some pistol calibers that would take down an elephant.

2
sordfysh 2 points ago +3 / -1

Not really. The guns would be mostly used in medium to close combat, and a 10mm pistol round can take down a grizzly.

Pistol rounds just mean that they aren't necked. Usually means less velocity, but still can have a lot of stopping power.

6
wiombims 6 points ago +7 / -1

It doesn't matter what you can print. The only thing that matters is what you can legally own, carry, teach your kids with ... and ... maintain proficiency with by buying enough ammunition. Without all (or either of) those things, there's no point in printing guns.

4
RolandDelacroix 4 points ago +4 / -0

You can already buy polymer and brass AR15 receivers for $35, and finish them with a hand drill.

1
Farage_massage 1 point ago +1 / -0

7
wiombims 7 points ago +7 / -0

You don't have to think about this one. Scotus (to a (wo)man) doesn't believe that rights are absolute. Yes, that means that they can ban everything except a single shot musket and that would be constitutional (according to their interpretation). You might get a dissent from based coffee and based cream but even they believe rights are not absolute.

5

8

No it won't. They'll actually report the factual statistics that handguns account for vast majority of firearm deaths.

They'll say "banning assault weapons wasn't enough!"

Then they'll come after the handguns

Then any semi-auto rifle at all. Then shotguns.

James tried to buy a gun a while back while doing a segment on something gun related and to his surprise they rejected his 4473 background NICs check then he sued the fbi to get his name off of the prohibited list and was successful then was able to get a gun. think it was either late 2018 or early 2019 when this happened so if you're keen to look at his video try looking around there.

Yeah, this thread has a misleading headline.

21
JudicialDredd 21 points ago +21 / -0

Want to loan your gun to a friend? Background check must be conducted at an FFL approved site.

Want to get that gun back? Background check must be conducted at FFL site.

30 days max waiting period. But FBI can also just wait 30 days and nullify your requests. Forcing you to do it all over again.

TonsOfSalt 9 points ago +10 / -1

Not just that, you have to contact the Attorney General?

“(3) It shall be unlawful for a person to loan a firearm or ammunition to another person unless the person has notified the Attorney General of the loan, including the identity of such other person and the period for which the loan is made.

Which means he will be overwhelmed and have a built in excuse for never allowing a loan.

8
GiveMe1776 8 points ago +8 / -0

Or just don’t tell anyone

5
RabidZoo 5 points ago +5 / -0

It looked like you're "allowed" to loan them.

(2)Paragraph (1) shall not apply to— (A)a law enforcement agency or any law enforcement officer, armed private security professional, or member of the armed forces, to the extent the officer, professional, or member is acting within the course and scope of employment and official duties; (B)a transfer that is a loan or bona fide gift between spouses, between domestic partners, between parents and their children, including step-parents and their step-children, between siblings, between aunts or uncles and their nieces or nephews, or between grandparents and their grandchildren, if the transferor has no reason to believe that the transferee will use or intends to use the firearm in a crime or is prohibited from possessing firearms under State or Federal law; (C)a transfer to an executor, administrator, trustee, or personal representative of an estate or a trust that occurs by operation of law upon the death of another person; (D)a temporary transfer that is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm, including harm to self, family, household members, or others, if the possession by the transferee lasts only as long as immediately necessary to prevent the imminent death or great bodily harm, including the harm of domestic violence, dating partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, and domestic abuse; (E)a transfer that is approved by the Attorney General under section 5812 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; or (F)a temporary transfer if the transferor has no reason to believe that the transferee will use or intends to use the firearm in a crime or is prohibited from possessing firearms under State or Federal law, and the transfer takes place and the transferee’s possession of the firearm is exclusively— (i)at a shooting range or in a shooting gallery or other area designated for the purpose of target shooting; (ii)while reasonably necessary for the purposes of hunting, trapping, or fishing, if the transferor— (I)has no reason to believe that the transferee intends to use the firearm in a place where it is illegal; and (II)has reason to believe that the transferee will comply with all licensing and permit requirements for such hunting, trapping, or fishing; or (iii)while in the presence of the transferor.

1

It's unconstitutional. So yes you may. I hope everyone follows that.

4
BlackPillBot 4 points ago +4 / -0

Unenforceable

3
Marshall2 3 points ago +3 / -0

background checks = SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

These are mutually exclusive concepts. You can only have ONE.

21
Mparmory 21 points ago +21 / -0

Notice how they stripped the rights away from the “developmentally disabled,” a category so broad that even being nearsighted can count (seriously) and affects 1 in 6 Americans.

12

Worthless vermin.

11
ColonelTravis 11 points ago +11 / -0

King of the Hill had the answer, to this. In order to skirt the law, Dale opened a bookstore, and gave you a free gun, with every $650 science fiction purchase.

4
KAGALOSAURUS 4 points ago +4 / -0

Lol some car dealers were giving away Bibles and ARs in the south for a bit when you bought a car.

9
BurgerChef90 9 points ago +12 / -3

More fear mongering. That’s not how it works.

The Bill specifically says a background check isn’t required to sell or gift a gun between siblings, spouses, partners, aunts/uncles and nephews/nieces, parents to children or grandparents to grandchildren.

Everyone is saying shit that isn’t true, STOP IT. You’re turning this place into the MSM with the false information.

also needs 60 senate votes. no guarantee of that happening. i can see it reach 55 or 56 yes votes because of retards like romney

3
AmericanJawa 3 points ago +3 / -0

Under the circumstances, a little fear mongering might not be a bad thing if it gets people to sit up, pay attention, and consider their futures.

This cannot be enforced without a registry. One could simply say, "Oh, this was a private purchase prior to the law going into effect." Now they need to know who owns what, to make sure weapons cannot change hands without government permission.

2
VolareVia 2 points ago +2 / -0

That is a very good point. This is, The ATF does still collect information on as many gun purchases as possible, and stores it in paper docs (since a digital registry was explictly banned) so they'd likely know when you bought the gun.

7
y_do_i_need_to_hide 7 points ago +7 / -0

How about no. I was a second amendment supporter but not a gun owner for most of my adult life. I didn't even buy when Obama was doing crazy s***. Now I am motivated to make my own weapons that are not registered and not serialized. Shall not be infringed, I'm not complying. It would be really handy if you bastards wouldn't either, because otherwise they'll pick off a few of us.

4
DennJW 4 points ago +6 / -2

Don't respond to this comment.

If you see any government actor -at any level- persecuting any other gun owners, go to their defense. We owe eachother this.

DC has a wall up and the military patrolling it. They are now making guns illegal. Next is confiscation. No one is willing to do anything to stop them.

5
Tommyjet 5 points ago +5 / -0

Gov has no idea how many firearms are even out there, they didn't start to track them till 68'...If people keep their mouths shut they wont know ever.... FU ATF

5
cd3dog 5 points ago +5 / -0

Just come out and say the prog/lib/lefty/dems want a federal gun registry and be done with it.

5
Skywise 5 points ago +5 / -0

It's time for all of us to run for federal office and then revoke the laws.

Did the same with prohibition - did the same with the original assault weapons ban.

if's going to be work - but we owe it to our posterity.

5
UsurperJoe 5 points ago +5 / -0

This will break States off of the Union, if passed.

Fuck DC and the big Dem cities. We don't need them, but they need us.

Come and take them, Commie Bastards.

4

Of course, selling out of your trunk in any urban area is acceptable.

4

I give my gun to muh brutha...as a gift. Two weeks later he gives me 500 dollars as a gift. Problem solved.

4

Police and military better think really hard about who they are going to side with.

4
Chainsaw 4 points ago +4 / -0

Doesn't this require 60 senate votes to pass before it can become law? They can't use the nuclear option for this. Right?

4
mikethemarine 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is just a way to make you a felon, your at deer camp or a shooting range and your buddy says hay do you mind if I try it, you say sure, now your both felons and can never own a gun, the new backdoor. It was drunk driving, then domestic abuse, now letting a friend try out your new gun well get you prison time and a felony, had a friend that didn't like her husband to drink so one night after he was drinking she started yelling and pushing him, so he pushed her away and left, she called the cops, next thing you know he's in jail for domestic abuse, she thought that if she didn't charge him it would go away, nope not for domestic violence, to this day he can't own a gun or have one in the house, and to this date she still regrets what she did, TO LATE bad law

De facto registration.

3
Marshall2 3 points ago +3 / -0

I've never sold a gun or purchased a gun from a relative. I give gifts and so do they, but they are unrelated. Next they'll try to tax Christmas gifts as barter.

3
ChikfilaFan 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah ok. Nobody is going to do that. This is only going to further increase demand.

3
wiombims 3 points ago +3 / -0

Last AWB seriously crippled the gun industry here and kept it behind like 20 years. Companies like SW lobbied for it because they thought they'd rake in the dough being the only suppliers of revolvers and other approved firearms (they were right). This bill would do the same. Worse, ammunition makers would have to modify their models to account for a steadily decreasing gun-owner population and lower sales. You can imagine what that looks like in a market already incapable of meeting demand.

2
AmericanJawa 2 points ago +2 / -0

Except I'd heard we had record-breaking gun sales as of late?

2
wiombims 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's not very relevant. Which part threw you off?

3
Flag_falsely 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is going to make renting guns impossible.

Don't plea guilty.

Argue innocence on grounds of 2nd Amendment and that law was passed by illegal government.

Use US Constitution and Overwhelming Evidence to convince jury of peers not to convict, or at least force a hung jury.

2
OhLollyLollyPop 2 points ago +2 / -0

Depends on where it is. If you care for your lufe and that if your family, you will get to a Constitutional Carry State asap.

3

"Oh, you have ADHD? Sorry, you're not mentally stable enough to own a firearm."

"Hello, Kaitlin! I see you just got back from your bottom surgery. Could I interest you in a brand new DDM4v7??"

3
f_bastiat 3 points ago +3 / -0

I dont see how they could even enforce this in places like FL, i cant remember the last gun i bought where they had to run a background check, its just been swapping or cash transactions. Everyone here has guns, everyone is willing to buy/sell/trade for the right price.

3
ConfiscationCrenshaw 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hitler took the guns. Stalin took the guns. Mao took the guns.

Working at a gun store, we won't do background checks for transfers for free. So this is also an indirect tax.
